Authorised providers process payments. Scrivano does not store complete card numbers, security codes, or banking passwords. Providers may process billing details, transaction identifiers, device signals, and fraud-prevention information under their own policies.

2. Contact and delivery data

We may collect your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, order reference, and messages to respond, fulfil requests, prevent misuse, and meet contractual or legal obligations.

3. Support data

Support messages may include product details, photographs, measurements, or damage descriptions. We use this information to investigate requests, provide compatibility guidance, handle warranty claims, and maintain appropriate records. Do not send passwords or complete payment credentials.

4. Cookies

Essential cookies may support security and preferences. Optional cookies are used only where permitted and can be controlled through consent or browser settings. Restricting optional cookies does not block core product and policy content.

5. Analytics

Limited analytics may record approximate region, device category, page performance, navigation paths, and feature interactions. Aggregated reports help improve accessibility, reliability, and product discovery, not make sensitive individual decisions.
