1. Warranty

Products include the warranty shown on their listing and mandatory protections under applicable Italian and EU law. Manufacturing defects are covered subject to inspection and proof of purchase. Normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, and unauthorised changes are excluded.

2. Returns

Consumers may exercise applicable withdrawal rights within fourteen days of delivery. Products should be returned complete and appropriately protected. Refunds are issued after inspection to the original payment method, subject to lawful deductions for diminished value.

3. Exchanges

Preference and compatibility exchanges depend on product condition and stock. Return shipping may apply where permitted. Defective, incorrect, or damaged deliveries are handled separately without limiting mandatory rights.

4. Delivery

We deliver to eligible Italian addresses through independent carriers. Estimates may change because of holidays, regional routing, weather, or operational disruption. Customers must provide accurate contact, address, and access details.

5. Compatibility

Customers should verify monitor weight, VESA pattern, desk thickness, device dimensions, ports, and operating-system requirements before ordering. Contact support before installation when measurements or mounting surfaces are uncertain.

6. Support

Email studio@scrivano.pro with the product name, order reference, and clear issue description. Include safe photographs for compatibility or damage questions. Support operates Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET.

7. Final terms

Prices appear in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. These terms follow applicable Italian and EU law and do not limit mandatory consumer protections. Revisions apply prospectively from the stated effective date.
